I stayed at Shangri-La hotel, Guangzhou for 2 days and I think it’s the best hotel I have ever seen.

The hotel is located in the golden section of Zhongxin business district. You can see the elegant green gardens and overlook the excellent scenery of the Pearl River. It takes “Asian hospitality” as a model for travelers to interpret Shangri-La.

Shangri-La Hotel has 704 deluxe rooms and 26 special serviced apartments with an area of over 42 square meters. It also has 8 restaurants and a spacious meeting space about 6000 square meters. In order to satisfy the demands of guests from different places, the restaurants provide different kinds of delicious food and best services which make customers praise them very much. In addition, the meeting space is large with advanced facilities and accommodates 1200 to 3000 people. The hotel has a 100-seat auditorium, ideal for press conferences, lectures and exhibitions.

Shangri-La hotel has complete recreation facilities, including: Spa facilities, steam bath, sauna, massage bath, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. There is also a golf course and 2 outdoor tennis courts which are great places for guests to relax.

   Most importantly, it has the best services. It has its own parking lot. The parking lot is big and tidy. And when the guests arrive, doormen will help park their cars and take their baggage. When guests have something in trouble, there is a business center for them and foreigners can also have foreign currency exchange service in it. What’s more, Shangri-La provides   laundry service for guests and rooms for disabled. About the food and beverage services, it has Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, café, bar, limited time delivery services and so on.

Shangri-La hotel in the center of Pazhou, where enjoys the convenient transportation. It is near the Pazhou exhibition center, Pazhou bridge, Pazhou tower and so on. At the same time, if guests want to go to the train station or the new Baiyun airport, it will take a little time to go there because the hotel is not far away from them.

What impressed me most is the best service in the Shangri-La hotel. I still remembered, when I first arrived at the hotel with heavy baggage, the doorman saw me and came to help me in a hurry. And his face was filled with friendly smile and patience. When I checked-in, I had something in trouble; the front desk staff was very helpful. Thanks to arranging a fantastic room for me; I can appreciate the great scenery of the Pearl River in my spare time. In the morning, the waiter led me to the restaurant to enjoy the delicious food. Not only its services are thoughtful, but also its food is palatable. Unfortunately, I forgot to my wallet when I checked-out. The staff even called me three times and sent me the wallet. In fact, I was deeply touched by their spirit of returning the things that guests have forgot and being responsible.
